Music / Audio

Royalty-free music/ audio: you do not have to pay an ongoing fee to use royalty-free music.  However a one-time fee to upload the songs are usually charged. Public Domain music on the other hand is totally free. Many artists offer their music under the Creative Commons License. Most music is licensed under attribution, which means you should credit the author of the music in your video. You also should include a credit to the composer in your book trailer.

Public Domain Music - copyright expired (in the USA before 1922) and which went into the “Public Domain”. This kind of music is absolutely free to use!
